About Us

The AIBA Leave Application System (AIBA LAS) is a cutting-edge platform designed to streamline the leave application process at the Army Institute of Business Administration (AIBA), Sylhet. This system enables students to submit leave requests efficiently, teachers to review and approve applications, and the director to provide final authorization, ensuring a seamless and organized workflow.

Developed in 2025, AIBALaS is the result of the innovative efforts of Team Dynamic 4, a group of four talented students from the BBA 8 batch at AIBA, Sylhet: Safwan Jumael Khan, Rubaiya Kabir, Hameem Ahmed Chowdhury, and Basiur Rahman Salman. With a shared vision to enhance administrative efficiency and user experience, Team Dynamic 4 combined their skills in business administration, technology, and problem-solving to create a robust and user-friendly system tailored to AIBA’s academic community.

Under the guidance of AIBA, Sylhet, and driven by a commitment to excellence, Team Dynamic 4 designed AIBALaS to simplify leave management while maintaining the institute’s high standards of professionalism and reliability. The system reflects AIBA’s dedication to embracing modern technology to support its students, faculty, and administration.
